14 days from delivery to start a return. Item unused, tags on, not washed into a rag.

Print defects or a packing disaster: we replace or refund. Photo + order number.

Change of mind: you pay return shipping. We refund the product once we have it, not the original outbound shipping.

Custom/print-on-demand pieces can’t be returned because you didn’t like the joke. Defects still count.

Refunds go back to the original payment method.
