Where do you make this stuff?
Everything is designed in Lima. Our print partner prints or embroiders each piece on demand, after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse getting sad.
How long until it shows up?
Each item takes 2–5 business days to make. After that, US orders usually arrive in 3–4 business days and international orders in 5–20 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Full details are on our Shipping page.
How much is shipping?
US shipping is a flat $5.95, and it's free on orders over $99. International shipping is calculated at checkout. We ship to most countries, with a few exceptions listed in our Shipping policy.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be charged customs duties, import taxes or handling fees by your country when they arrive. These aren't included in our prices or shipping, and they're paid by the customer.
Why did my order arrive in pieces?
Some items, like caps and stickers, always ship in their own packaging, and items made in different locations ship separately. So one order can arrive in several packages on different days. Nothing is missing.
My item arrived damaged, defective or misprinted.
We'll send a free replacement, or a refund if a replacement isn't possible. Message us within 25 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. You don't need to send the item back.
Can I return or exchange something?
Every piece is made to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, the wrong color or a change of mind. Please check the size guide or message us before you order. Damaged, defective or misprinted items are always covered.
Your local consumer laws still apply, and nothing here limits your legal rights.
My package never arrived.
Give it a few extra days past the estimate, then message us within 25 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll look into it. We can't cover packages that tracking shows as delivered.
